Shipping Policy

 Shipping policy is put forward to help guide our valuable customer to understand the logistic supply chain

Precise, since there are more that one party is involve to faithful order delivery to our customer.

Kindly, go through the below point to have an idea of the delivery process.

1. Cancelation of Order:

If you want to cancel an order, please do so within 24 business hours form time of placing order and BEFORE it is sent out to you. After it's shipped, unfortunately, we cannot accept and request of a refund, especially, the logistic is being carried by multi-parties.

2.When will my order be shipped?

In general, order processing time is 1-3 business days after order and payment receipt. The tracking number of shipment will be provided to customer through a Notification Email with with order tracking number to enable them to track the movement of the parcel.

3. How will My Order be Delivered?

All orders are shipped via Express Carriers Airmail, which takes about 10 to 25 business days to most countries in the world. Customer, can track status of the shipment via a tracking number.

4. How Can i Know my Parcel Status?

In general, customer will receive many Notification Shipment Email emails to updater him order status. For the first Notification Email, email, is a confirmation of order placement with reference number and product details. The second Notification Email is about order shipment status update with tracking information and some instructions on how to track order parcel.

5. Orders Tracking

Customer once placed an order, will receive a Notification Email confirming order detail. Once items are shipped, customer will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email including order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have been shipped.

6. Shipping Terminology and Abbreviations

Below is the most common shipping terminology, customers may need to understand in order to track their orders.  The tracking information details may include:

Total Delivery Time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time = Time period required to prepare customer item(s), performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.  

Shipping Time = Period taken for order to reach its intended destination and delivered to customer.

Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) = Processing Time + Shipping Time

7. Shipping Notices to Customers

• VAT Fees: we do our best to collect VAT on behalf of our customers. Such practice is done to certain countries and for others, we are not able to do. Customer attention is need for this. Customer could see My Cart details of items cost that is being charged.

• Peak Seasons: during peak seasons (like Mother's Day, Eid's, Chinese New Year, Chrisms ... etc.) shipping can take an additional 3-4 Business days.
• Customs Policy: some countries have a customs policy restriction in terms, of certain items classifications, total personal importation per person, so they may apply importation fees, restrict entry of items …etc. Customer attention is brought to this.

• Shipment Delay: Since delivery of order can be impacted by many events beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with our customer to ensure a smooth delivery.
