We offer a variety of categories of model kits made from high-quality materials. We advise you to check the material specifications for each product. Some models are made of colored steel or steel sheets, alloys... while others are coated (to aid in resistance to tarnishing) with intricate details and parts cut from steel sheets or more.
Some kits also use yellow brass, alloys, etc., and there are a number of colored models.

As a general rule, refer to the assembly instructions provided with the product. Plan and understand how the pieces/parts will be assembled together. It's important to avoid excessive back-and-forth movement of the parts/pieces during the assembly process, as this may weaken or break the part. To ease the joining/separation of parts, use a pair of tin snips. It's strongly recommended to use pliers or needle-nose pliers during assembly.

In general, each product includes a printed instruction booklet. The instruction booklet is available on the product page; simply visit the product page on the website and search for the description of the specific kit and/or the product's SKU.

Model kits are classified according to their level of difficulty, which is indicated on the product page on our website and on the packaging. The difficulty level is determined by various factors, including the number of pieces, estimated build time, the size of the model, and the complexity of the assembly process.

In general, orders are processed within one or two business days after payment is received, and the shipping time depends on your country of residence. Please use shipment tracking features to get an estimate of the arrival time of your shipment.

As a general rule, customs duties are not included in the shipping fees, and it is illegal to mark orders as "gifts". We are obligated to declare the sales value on the invoice for any goods marked as gifts when purchased. We will not refund customs duties, shipping fees, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay customs duties. If you experience a delivery delay, it may be due to customs clearance, and you will need to contact customs authorities for further information.
