Return and refund policy

 

Promise

All products undergo a quality inspection at the manufacturing stage. They are also visually inspected by humans before being packaged and shipped to our customers.  Whatever the reason, you can make a return request within 7 days of receiving the goods, based on the classifications of return conditions set out below.  You should return the product in its original condition, with the original product packaging, accessories and user manuals.

1.  Refunds Conditions

 Below is the classification for the refund conditions in place:

1.1 Under below cases, you will get full refund or new replacement

Defective items

Lost Items

Shipped Wrong Items

Out-of-Stock Items

Cancelled Order

1.2 Under below cases, you will get partial refund

Wrong items purchased.

Any claim for an item more than two weeks after the delivery date.

Items purchased when they were on sale.

1.3 Under below cases, you will get $0 refund. But new replacement is ok if you are willing to pay the reshipping fee

Wrong Address

Undeliverable Address

Can not find consignee

Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did show within carrier

 speculated time.

2.  How to Return the Parcel to us?

 If you need to return a product to us, please contact us first using the contact form on the Contact Us page:

If the return is due to a product defect or processing error on our part, we will either send you a pre-paid return label or issue a refund to cover the reasonable cost of returning the product to us once the cost has been incurred.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.

 It takes approximately one month to receive the returned package from overseas. Our team will process your refund after we have checked the package within 2-4 working days and will contact you by email.

3.  Procedure

To initiate a return, refund or exchange of any product, please contact us using the Contact Us page. Be sure to digitally submit the order number, receipt and/or proof of purchase, along with photos and/or videos that clearly illustrate any product defects, processing errors or other issues.   

Upon confirmation of the case by our team. A refund will be initiated as per the Refund Policy classifications as per point #2 above.   You will be informed within 2 working days.

4. Process Time of Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3- 4 working days to process your refund/replacement once we have approved your request. 

However, for refund payments, it will take a further processing time for the refund to be transferred back to you. If you have any questions about when you will receive your refund, please contact your bank for further details.

5. Order modification or cancellation

If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will take immediate action to ensure that your request is dealt with to the best of our ability. However, orders that had left shipping centers can't be changed/cancelled as all our logistics and warehousing is managed by specialized third party.  Note also the world time zone difference.

6.  Policy vs. Local Regulations

  If any part of the return and refund policy conflicts with local regulations in the customer's country of residence, the latter shall prevail.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations hereunder, nor shall we be deemed in breach thereof, if such failure or delay is due to acts of God or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
